Mechanical machining and cutting
The company is equipped with an advanced turning department, featuring manual lathes and 3- and 5-axis CNC lathes, some of which are fitted with automatic loaders. Several lathes are directly integrated into drilling cells, enabling a continuous and optimized production process.
The cutting department includes automatic saws for preparing bars to be machined, as well as a modern fiber laser for high-precision cutting of sheets and tubes, ensuring versatility across different materials and geometries.
Logistics, warehouse and quality
The internal organization includes a semi-finished goods warehouse with vertical storage systems, designed to optimize space and facilitate production flow.
The packaging warehouse hosts the final quality control phase, where materials are carefully inspected, packaged, and prepared for shipment.
This structure ensures efficient logistics management and high reliability in meeting delivery deadlines.
Assemby, welding and testing
The assembly area is equipped with presses dedicated to assembling components onto the finished product, ensuring precision and strength.
In the welding department, the company stands out for its use of manual MIG and TIG technologies, integrated with robotic cells for automated welding. A brazing furnace is also available, ideal for high-strength applications.
Completing the process, the testing department is equipped with 6-bar tanks where products are checked for hermetic sealing and resistance, guaranteeing high quality standards.
